Today, Me and Maia, used the Deci Pipes. To use the Deci Pipes, you will start off with 'One Whole' pipe. Then you must put the ten tenths on it. Then you should see that you needed ten tenths, to make one whole. That's because: it gets ten times smaller. So speaking of that, you then need to get ten hundredths. And you need how many to make 1 tenth? 10. Because you know. It gets ten times... SMALLER!!! And you know the answer of the question above that I've written, 1 line above this line. TEN!!!
Then, obviously, you need ten thousandths to make one hundredth!
Question:
How many thousandths, dose it take to make one whole?
Question 2:
How many hundredths does it take to be equivalent with 30 thousandths?

School logo
School logo:
Today we learnt what our school logo means. We learnt that all of the logo means something different each.
e.g:
The kete that Hotumauea is holding is filled with kumera. They represent the seeds of knowledge.
Chayse :)

Geometry
Yesterday, Room 10, learnt about nets!
We learnt about that, Basketball, and Netball, and all that other junk, aren't the only ones that own nets, that Geometry has them too!
For example: a net is a pattern, that you use, to make a 3D shape.
See!

Choir Rehearsal
Choir:
Yesterday, the Vardon School, choir, went to Founders theatre(For a rehearsal, ahhhhhh, I tricked you didn't I, you probably thought It was about: the performance again.), for a rehearsal.
We traveled there by car. When we got there there were already schools there as we were not the first there, so, ya see, we are not the only schools performing, and there were a lot of others. So we walked in, we met:
Jaden-Our host
Chris Monkey(From the funky monkeys)-our pianoist and conducter, and our action teacher!
and finally:
SUZANNE PRENTICE-The famous(well actually, very famous,)New Zealand singer
We were told to go up on stage, and taught some actions, then we were told to sing our hearts away!
We were awesome!

Choir Performance
Choir:
Last night:(10Th May 2011), Vardon School, and a lot of other school's too, went to founders theatre. The reason was clear. We were there because Suzanne Prentice was there. We were performing to a full house at founders. There were so many, I could only just see my parents! We sang quite a bit of songs, and heh, hay! I knew them all!(Well, almost them all.) It was the best night ever. During some songs, we had some simple actions. And during one song, out came a mascot:
A CAT!
Barely, anyone could sing, because it was soooooo, funny!
HA!HA!HA!
Then, during another song, Suzanne came out in a silly (x2) boy costume!
She then sang HELLO MOTHER, HELLO FATHER.
;">AWESOME 4 EVER!!!!!
