For the past few days, a group called the Porohita's have been making posters about either: Roman numerals, Maori numerals or our numbers, and we had to create a poster about it. We were taken into groups. I went with Caleb. We had to do a draft in either our or our buddies math's book. It went in my one. Finally, when we were finished, we had to do the real copy. It took forever. And me and Caleb weren't having much luck. But we managed somehow... And when we finished, we had to do a short review on what we had made. Here is a photo of our poster, and a video of when me and Caleb shared:
L: 50
c:100
D: 500
M:1000
Some Roman Numerals:
I: 1
V:5 Trick:
X:10 Did you know?L: 50
c:100
D: 500
M:1000
Some things we learnt was:
Roman numerals are actually our numbers!
You will usually add when doing roman numerals.
If you put the lowest number first, you subtract.
