High jump

Hi everyone! This term, room 12 has been learning how to successfully do high jump. First, you have to run up to the pole, and then you have to jump in such a way that your legs are like scissors. You also have to lift up your arms to boost the height of your jump. But the real aim is to see how high you can get. My friend Edward can go much higher than I can, though I think I can jump around a meter. Here are some photos for high jump all around this post.

Juggling

Hello everyone! Today I am doing a post a particular sport which requires a special type of movement to complete it. No looking at the top of this post as it will show the answer to my question that I have for you.

Now, my question is: What sport is this?

Clues:
1: You need to have the ability to quickly react to flying objects as you have to catch them.
2: To succeed in this sport, you have to throw the balls in such a way it makes an 8.
3: You can throw 2 or more to actually play the sport.

Now guess. If you guessed Juggling (Without looking at the title!), you are correct.

This term, we are doing athletics, and one of the sports we are doing is juggling. We have been practicing it, though I am not very good at it. I can attempt to do 2 juggling balls, but it will be uncommon if I can do it 3 or more times in a row.
Anyways, here is an Animoto for juggling.
