Cross Country

Yesterday, we did cross country training, and it was really triring!!! Oh! I never want to train again. I was so tired, I couldn't do another lap! So I'm going to tell you how tired I was:

  1. Half way round first lap: Good
  2. Sprinting lane: Tired
  3. Next Lap: Walking
  4. 1/4 of the way: Still Walking
  5. 1/2 of the way:Jogging
  6. Finish: Breath all taken
Now do you believe me that I was tired???!!! You probably suggested now that I am not a good long distance cross country runner!!!
